The team of professionals at RJRA offers a comprehensive range of engineering, planning, traffic, and bilingual public involvement service departments. RJRA specializes in the following services:
TxDOT requested a completed schematic one year after initial discussions between all the participating parties initiated in October 2006. The aggressive schedule required implementation of a time sensitive, but thorough public involvement plan. [RJRA] rose to the top ensuring we met all NEPA requirements formulating a strategy, presentation materials and time management plan, which clearly and concisely communicated TxDOT intentions for future roadway improvement to the affected local residents and business owners.
