Alamo Regional Mobility Authority
RJRA served as the public outreach task leader assisting in the implementation of a Public Information Program for the newly formed RMA. For this effort, RJRA staff developed a Speaker’s Bureau Training Manual and conducted a training session with Alamo RMA board and staff members, developed an introductory brochure and newsletter, formulated a list of frequently asked questions, and scheduled/facilitated a series of five community workshops targeted at educating the community regarding transportation and funding challenges facing the region. This project is on-going.
