TxDOT Pre-Certifications
RJRA, as a transportation civil engineering firm, has served many Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) districts throughout the State of Texas. RJRA’s background with TxDOT begins with the president and founder of the firm, Rodolfo “Rudy” J. Rivera, PE, who was a highly esteemed TxDOT employee for 19 years. Through that time he served as project manager in the Austin and Tyler TxDOT districts and co-authored several of the agency's policy manuals that are still used today. Since he has left TxDOT, he is continually asked to return to train TxDOT employees on topics such as transportation project development and how and why public involvement is important in TxDOT projects.
